CAPC Property Management supports the mission of Community Asset Preservation Corporation and other community groups seeking to stabilize and revitalize communities by providing professional property management and asset management services to scattered-site homes and small multi-family buildings throughout the State of New Jersey.  CAPC Property Management is the largest non-profit scattered site property manager in the state of New Jersey.

Community Asset Preservation Corporation (CAPC) is non-profit organization that acquires vacant, foreclosed, and abandoned properties to stabilize and revitalize communities. CAPC partners with local community builders and contractors to rehabilitate and return properties to productive use as quality, affordable housing.  CAPC has been involved with the acquisition and rehabilitation/construction of over 500 units in New Jersey and Florida.  CAPC’s innovative approach seeks to revitalize communities as well as provide high-quality affordable housing options with limited government resources.

NJCC is a nonprofit community development financial institution (CDFI) that transforms at-risk communities through strategic investments of capital and knowledge. NJCC invests in affordable housing, community facilities, and economic development ventures that strengthen neighborhoods, improve education, and increase jobs, ultimately providing greater opportunities for low-income populations. Since inception, NJCC has facilitated the investment of over $500 million into 800 high-impact projects across the state, supporting the creation and preservation of 12,900 education seats, 8,200 housing units, 6,100 early care slots, and 6,100 jobs.
